Hotsticks stay top of the league with victory over Young Stars

Hotsticks ensured they remain top of the National League with an emphatic victory over Young Stars.

Young Stars were confident that they could get a result against Hotsticks after holding Qormi to a resounding draw the week before.

In a match that was arguably the toughest Hotsticks had faced all season, the teams were level at 1-1 going into the final quarter.

However, goals from Ryan George, Christian Sammut and Julian Zahra ensured that Hotsticks would take home the points.
